01

Fire performance

The 12 mm board has an A1 reaction-to-fire classification. An ASTM E119 assembly test achieved 120 minutes for its tested assembly; panel fire testing is due soon. Watch this space. Performance depends on the specified board and complete assembly.

02

Made for moisture

A moisture-resistant board formulation for demanding environments, with dimensional stability at its core.

03

No added magnesium chloride

Magnesium sulphate is used in the board formulation instead of magnesium chloride. Tested chloride content: 0.0098%, attributed to the water used in manufacture.

04

Practical on site

Options for timber and steel frames, multiple edge profiles and a broad choice of finishes to suit your project.

Which edge profiles are available?+

The brochure lists square, chamfer, tapered T&G, ship-lap and tongue-and-groove profiles for sheathing and sub-flooring. Ask us to confirm the available profile for your chosen board.

How do I check fire performance for my project?+

Request the relevant test report and specification for the exact product and assembly. Board classifications and complete wall or floor fire-resistance ratings are different; the brochure’s test results should be read with their test conditions.

What finishes can I use?+

Decorative boards offer laminated film and melamine paper options. Backer boards are described for render, brick slips, plaster and tiles. Contact the team to check compatibility and installation requirements.
